My best friend reside ‘s at these premises,and as long as she is there that place will be another one of my favorite places.

I really enjoyed my stay here. All the staff were easy to get along with. The therapy dept was amazing. The food was very great. The nursing staff was wonderful and took good care of me. The activities were on point. Thank you FAPA.

This is a very nice and clean facility. The staff was very nice and friendly. The therapy was awesome. The food was amazing. The ladies in the activity dept. kept me busy. Thanks for a great stay.

This is the second visit to this facility. The building needs some renovation due to the age of it but the care for my Aunt, Ethel Bennett has been phenomenal. Everyone from the front desk staff, therapists, CNAs, Nurses, Dietary, Housekeeping, beauty salon, etc. were great. My aunt wanted to shout out the names of her exceptional staff; Bernice, Crystal, Valarie, Cindy, Lucky,Billy, Josephine, Kalani, Amanda, Marcus, Molly, Melissa, Sharon. Thanks to Miss Sharon for the good food, she was always making sure my aunt had what she wanted to eat. Also shout out to ALL of her nurses who took care of her. Lastly, Dr Nora and the Nurse Practitioner came by everyday they were here to check on her.

My stay here at Forest Acres was marvelous. The CNA’s were very caring and polite to me. The therapy department was more than I could ever ask they were excellent. The food was very good and I enjoyed every taste of it. Miss Gloria in the activity department was always coming to see if I needed anything activity wise. I appreciate all of the support that was given to me at Forest Acres. All the praises and honor belongs to the Lord

I had the Pleasure of visiting FAPA which was better known as Manor Care years ago! I visited a friend (JosephJoyner)that I haven’t seen in a while. I was so happy to see him. I was greeted at the front door with a smile! I walked through the door to get to his room and I couldn’t believe how pleasant everyone was! They were smiling as I walked through as if I was the president of the company and I felt special.The building has been there for years and it has become a beautiful facility! I asked one of the workers ( Catina) in the dining room how do you all keep it so clean and keep the patients so happy as I stood in the dining room and she stated this is where most of our patients live and we have to make them special in their home! That comment made my day and I left there saying this is how you treat a Resident! While Leaving the young lady Janelle said Have a Great Night with a Beautiful Smile and I smiled and said you do the Same! I felt like I was at home! I really enjoyed my visit at FAPA!

Mom had a great stay

I would like to say that I was visiting one of my friends (Ms.Grant)at FAPA this week and I must say the Building looked amazing.I was visiting here a few years ago and alot has changed! The nursing staff was very friendly and engaging with the patients.Her nurse Amber was there when she needed her and took care of her needs.The housekeeping staff had her room clean and smelling fresh. The Dietary staff came in and took her order and she was able to say what she had a taste for.I was impressed but most of all she was happy and that made my day. I do no want to be in a nursing facility but they almost had me wanting to be a patient.This is the kind of care you want to see residents getting and I thank God for the amazing people you all have at your facility.

I am enjoying my stay here at FOREST ACRES POST ACUTE!The people here are very nice to me! I am pleased with the nursing staff,housekeeping staff and the dietary staff! They all treat me like family. I couldn’t ask for a better place to be than where I am now. This is the best treatment I have ever had. Physical therapy, nursing staff, housekeeping were awesome. Ms. Sharon was the greatest. I am Happy with my stay here at FAPA, I would like to point out a few people, I am happy with my nurse Carla and my CNA Bernice, they have been so helpful since day 1.Mr.floyd in the kitchen is a great cook.He is very pleasant and always welcomes me with a smile Ahriana in the kitchen always gets my menu and she is nice and respectful on a daily basis.Ms Sharon in the kitchen is very nice and always respects me,she is a very hard working supervisor Cierra in the laundry is a hard worker and makes sure she gets my clothes clean. I love her and her smile.I wanted to point out the ones that has been nothing but great to me.I would recommend this place to anyone.Thanks to your staff at this facility! Thanks Pamela Shipes

This place was just amazing. The nursing staff was the best along with the CNA. Then therapist were hands on all jet got me going. The ladies in the Activity Department all very sweet and kept be busy. Great Facility
