I was visiting my sister Yvette Alford and she spoke highly of the place! She called a few names and I want to address them. she loves her CNA Al and her nurse Melissa on her unit!she loves the kitchen staff because they feed her well! Gloria and her assistant is Great! They have some gems working at this facility. The CNA’s, PT, OT the Receptionist and NP Nora are worth the stay! They were knowledgeable professional and thoughtful. They provided my mom with great care. Nursing staff need some additional training on communication and how to interact with families

I visited my friend Ms Crossland and she is well pleased with this facility!I walked in and the operator was friendly! I sat with her while she ate lunch and she bragged on how everyone was so nice! I am looking for a facility for my uncle and I will consider looking into this facility! Ms Crossland said she loves everyone and everyone here is very nice to her! Forest acre post acute is a place that when my mother first arrived the receptionist at the front desk greeted us like family the nursing staff CNA are doing a great job helping take care of my mother I like how they come in the room and check on her care. The nurses are good but I did experience some issues within the facility, need to improve on communication with the family members not enough rounding on the patient not all nurses just a few. The food service has been excellent during my mother’s stay the food is excellent and I like the variety of choices they have to offer.overall the experience hasn’t been bad but did have a few concerns. My dad recently had a 3 week stay and I highly recommend. Everyone from the front desk, aides, therapists, social workers, doctors, and everyone we came in contact with was phenomenal. My dad is leaving healthy and ready to resume life at home. I am so thankful for the care he received and would be happy to return in the future if needed.

My therapy was the best. The nursing and CNA staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was tasty. I have had a great time away from home.

I had the pleasure of visiting Ms Jones and she was so excited about the care at FAPA I told her I would help with her google review and wanted to mention the names that she pointed out! She said Tianna is her favorite nurse. She is pleasant and always smiling! Fatisha and Kim are her favorite CNA’s Sharon from Dietary gives her Delicious meals and works with her Diet!She makes sure she gets her Dialysis snacks to go! Most of all she is enjoying her roommate and is happy to be here around such great Staff!

I have really enjoyed my time at this facility. The staff were great and the therapy was top notch. This was an amazing experience for me. I am doing great. Hand ✋️ of praise to Marcus. Gloria in activities came to see me daily about activities and showed they really care about you getting out of the rooms. Thanks to everyone.

The staff at FAPA were very nice and friendly. Nurses,CNA, The food was very tasty. The Activity Department was very fun. The Physical therapy was AWESOME.

My stay here has been good! I think that the call bell could be a little faster, but overall my stay is good. Therapy has been great! I look forward to going to therapy because I need it. The nurses have been great! Housekeeping is friendly and keeps my room clean. Both of my social workers have been very helpful. Ms.Nora has been fantastic! And she doesn’t mind sharing her time. I hope I don’t have to come back but if I did I would come but hopefully you all could invest in better beds. Thanks for everything!

This place is disappointing to me because each visit my family room is filthy housekeeping is very poor his belongings is disorganized no updates with his appointments or medication

My stay at FPAC was very nice. I really enjoyed ny therapy, the food and the kind and friendy staff.

Therapy was constantly helpful and considerate. Marcus, Molly and Toni .Val was helpful. Dr. Nora listened to my concerns and questions. Justin is always kind and considerate. The cleaning staff was very helpful including JoJo. Ms Sonji was very helpful and kind. For the most part the nursing staff was attentive and helpful.

My stat at Forest Post Actue was productive in ensuring I had the proper care and physical therapy. The Nurses and staff were careing and professional in thier everyday duties. Thanks.

The staff was very good to me and took great care of me durning my stay. Nurses, CNA staff was AWESOME. They activities were great.

I am enjoying my stay here at FAPA and I would like to share my experience that I have had with some of the workers here. Justi. Is a wonderful CNA, he really shows how much he cares about his residemrs.He has taken great care of me.Cindy my night CNA is great as well. She always checks in on me. My nurse Cierra is friendly and always nice to me. Destiny and Brittney are great housekeepers and they are always nice and keep my room clean. Sharon in Dietary has been nice to me and make sure I am good. She makes sure I am happy. Nora is the Best. She is honest and cares about her job. It is great when you run into people that CARES. Thanks to all of you that went the EXTRA MILE

We had an awesome time doing Activities with the resident. You can tell the facility takes care of their residents by providing interactive activities to keep their morale high. We played games like Bingo, Uno, Spades, and Five Second Rule while painting residents nails at the nail station. It was a fun day at Forest Acres. Keep up the good work!
