It was a good stay. All my therapists were very good. The CNAs and nurses were good. Caprice my Social Worker was good and helpful. Thanks to everyone who helped me. I would recommend this facility, this has been my second time around.

🗣️🗣️🗣️Listen up everyone to those seeking loving tender care for your loved ones please run from this place Forrest acers is one of the worst facilities in the world. I know it’s plenty facilities that’s dangerous and unsafe for your loved ones but this one here is not it. The staff are very unprofessional and the supposed to be CNA are very ghetto and rude.They’re there just to collect a check believe that. They’re not there to take care of your loved ones please run people from here🏃‍➡️🏃‍➡️🏃‍➡️My grandmother was in Forrest only for therapy and plenty of times we went there and she had on the same dirty clothes from the day before. Another thing they don’t bathe their patients either. You talking about neglect and on top of that abuse. If i could turn this place in and have it shut down I would. She had a piece out of her arm and nobody seemed to know what happened then they tried to blame it on EMS talking bout they handled her wrong while putting her on the stretcher smdh man this place full of shit. Have you waiting in the room no nurse no CNA waiting for hours to check in on your loved ones it’s sad 😞 put a cold plate in the room and if they don’t eat it then they will starve. If you wanna keep your loved ones don’t send them to this facility they will die soon or later from heart broken and abuse. If I could leave no stars I would but you had to select one.

I have been here for about 2 months! I have enjoyed my stay here.My wound care was Good!The DON was phenomenal she helped with my personal care many times. The Np was very friendly and stayed on top of things.Rehab was amazing.The nursing staff was very Helpful. I also attended several activities, to include Bingo and Activities. Lantis is Fabulous. She does everything by herself and is great at it. Dietary was alsogreat. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My stay here at Forest Acres Post Acute has been wonderful. Therapy department was awesome. The CNAs and Nurses was great Thanks to everyone including Dietary and activity department. Thanks to everyone !

I’ve been here for a short period of time. And I been enjoying my stay so far. I went to church Saturday and I felt the power of God in the Fapa building!! And that was a blessing. Thank you to everyone!!

Unfortunately this facility is terrible. It stinks of urine and feces, the rooms are barren and hopeless. My mom was taken to this facility, I chose it because it had the best reviews and was one of the few that would accept Medicare for a rehabilitation stay for my 71 year old mother. She couldn’t stay there for 2 days before wanting to leave due to the poor conditions of the place. The building is dated, the TV didn’t work, the smell was horrendous, residents are all over the halls blasting loud music. There’s no dignity in this place. They don’t even make it try to look like a place worth living. The rooms are dull and lifeless, no art. Tile floor all around, it’s like a prison. I wish my mother had a nice place to stay while she recovered but she would rather risk coming home in her state than stay one more second in that facility.

I have really enjoyed therapy! Everyone in therapy has been wonderful. I look forward to going to therapy! This is the best therapy team I have worked with! The kitchen staff has been excellent, they always come around to get my order. The majority of the nurses are great. If I had to come back i would look forward to coming back to therapy and Dietary! Thanks for everything you all have done for me.

I was visiting my sister Yvette Alford and she spoke highly of the place! She called a few names and I want to address them. she loves her CNA Al and her nurse Melissa on her unit!she loves the kitchen staff because they feed her well! Gloria and her assistant is Great! They have some gems working at this facility. The CNA’s, PT, OT the Receptionist and NP Nora are worth the stay! They were knowledgeable professional and thoughtful. They provided my mom with great care. Nursing staff need some additional training on communication and how to interact with families

I visited my friend Ms Crossland and she is well pleased with this facility!I walked in and the operator was friendly! I sat with her while she ate lunch and she bragged on how everyone was so nice! I am looking for a facility for my uncle and I will consider looking into this facility! Ms Crossland said she loves everyone and everyone here is very nice to her! Forest acre post acute is a place that when my mother first arrived the receptionist at the front desk greeted us like family the nursing staff CNA are doing a great job helping take care of my mother I like how they come in the room and check on her care. The nurses are good but I did experience some issues within the facility, need to improve on communication with the family members not enough rounding on the patient not all nurses just a few. The food service has been excellent during my mother’s stay the food is excellent and I like the variety of choices they have to offer.overall the experience hasn’t been bad but did have a few concerns. My dad recently had a 3 week stay and I highly recommend. Everyone from the front desk, aides, therapists, social workers, doctors, and everyone we came in contact with was phenomenal. My dad is leaving healthy and ready to resume life at home. I am so thankful for the care he received and would be happy to return in the future if needed.

My therapy was the best. The nursing and CNA staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was tasty. I have had a great time away from home.

I had the pleasure of visiting Ms Jones and she was so excited about the care at FAPA I told her I would help with her google review and wanted to mention the names that she pointed out! She said Tianna is her favorite nurse. She is pleasant and always smiling! Fatisha and Kim are her favorite CNA’s Sharon from Dietary gives her Delicious meals and works with her Diet!She makes sure she gets her Dialysis snacks to go! Most of all she is enjoying her roommate and is happy to be here around such great Staff!

This place has been very good to me. The staff was very helpful and friendly. PT and OT was very helpful.

I have really enjoyed my time at this facility. The staff were great and the therapy was top notch. This was an amazing experience for me. I am doing great. Hand ✋️ of praise to Marcus. Gloria in activities came to see me daily about activities and showed they really care about you getting out of the rooms. Thanks to everyone.

The staff at FAPA were very nice and friendly. Nurses,CNA, The food was very tasty. The Activity Department was very fun. The Physical therapy was AWESOME.

My time FAPA was great. Therapy was awesome. The staff was very nice and caring.

FAPA you are the Best! I visit with a friend Michael Padgett and he was very Happy with his stay here! He mention that he had a great CNA that made sure he was taken care of.He came in not eating but he said the food is great.He wanted to mention his Therapist Marcus and Molly is Wonderful! My stay here has been good! I think that the call bell could be a little faster, but overall my stay is good. Therapy has been great! I look forward to going to therapy because I need it. The nurses have been great! Housekeeping is friendly and keeps my room clean. Both of my social workers have been very helpful. Ms.Nora has been fantastic! And she doesn’t mind sharing her time. I hope I don’t have to come back but if I did I would come but hopefully you all could invest in better beds. Thanks for everything!

This place is disappointing to me because each visit my family room is filthy housekeeping is very poor his belongings is disorganized no updates with his appointments or medication
